8 WEEKS OF H@RD TRAINING
8 weeks body transformation program. Complete with coaching, exercises, and diet schedule.
You will have a personal coach and belong to a small online group.
1. WORKOUT SCHEDULE
You receive a workout plan that contains 48 gym- or home training sessions with clear instructional videos for each exercise.
Typically, four days of workout and one day of rest. You will also walk 50 minutes daily (56 days).
2. MEAL PLAN
You receive a strict meal schedule with recipes to follow during your 8 weeks. It is easy to prepare and designed to work with your everyday life. Everybody follows the same plan. If you need to do small adjustments due to allergies etc, you will discuss this with your coach. You need to be able to eat most things, we do not recommend this program for strict vegans or vegetarians.
3. TRAINING GROUP
During these 8 weeks, you will be part of a small online group with digital meetings twice per week. In this forum we share positive thoughts and support each other. This is also were you will find all information during the program.
4. PERSONAL COACH
You will have a personal coach with the primary target to make you succeed. Your coach will encourage and support you to reach your goals and be available for all upcoming questions during the program.

- Du måste vara 100% fullt frisk
- Du bestämmer 100% själv hur och om du vill fortsätta, alltså om det händer ngt med dig och din hälsa/kropp under dessa 8 veckor är jag inte ansvarig alls, du måste vara med på att jag inte på ngt sätt tvingar dig att göra si eller så kring ngt i programmet, du väljer och känner efter helt själv…
- Varje vecka samt innan uppstart skall du fylla i dina värden (vikt, vilopuls och midjemått) samt efter avslutat tränings period.
- Du skall kunna vara med på Facebook och i den stängda och 8w-gruppen med dina övriga tio träningskamrater, samt kunna koppla upp/in dig på Google Meets två kvällar i veckan (ons- och söndag).
- Du skall helst ha ett medlemskap på ett gym (det skall gälla minst 8 veckor), eller kunna träna effektivt hemma, eller på ett utegym, med tex en bänkpress, hantlar och en chinsstång. Du får nytt mat- och träningsschema varje söndag under de 8 veckorna.
